Cardiff University ‘I Am Cardiff’ panel event

I will be co-chairing a panel discussion. This panel style event is designed to showcase employers who are committed to supporting an inclusive and diverse working environment. This is an opportunity to dispel some of the myths that may surround specific industries and offer an insight into how certain organisations may be changing recruitment practices to diversify their talent pool. This may even offer an opportunity for speakers to address areas that may benefit from additional focus, or improvement.  In addition to employers, we are also going to have speakers from Cardiff University which include staff, students and alumni.
